BlockchainWork at Japan Blockchain Association 10th Anniversary
Japan Blockchain Association 10th Anniversary was held on November 28, 2024 in Tokyo, gathering JBA members and other technology leaders and innovators from Japan.
Established in 2014, the Japan Blockchain Association (JBA) has over 160 members, including businesses and organizations operating in various blockchain-related fields such as finance, technology, and law. JBA’s primary objective is to create a conducive environment for businesses to research, apply, and deploy blockchain technology and Web3 projects, while building the necessary infrastructure and standards for the long-term development of the blockchain industry.
The event is held with participation of many Japanese leading blockchain and Web3 companies and related parties, who are reshaping the industries. There was also a talk session among members who have been focusing on dissemination and rule-making in the web3 industry since its early days.
The chairman of the JBA, CEO of bitFlyer – Yuzo Kano expressed deep gratitude to participants for the warm support and cooperation that has allowed them to make it through these past 10 years. Providing continued support, many representatives affirmed their commitment to advance their role in deepening the strategic partnership.
BlockchainWork was proud to take part in this event, with the representation of our cofounder, Mr. Eiji Shioda. BlockchainWork – Vietnam’s leading blockchain talent community is one of the Silver Members of JBA. BlockchainWork’s participation in JBA plays a crucial role in connecting the blockchain markets of Vietnam and Japan, as well as strengthening ties across the broader Asian landscape. Both organizations share a goal of promoting the growth of blockchain technology and Web 3.0, fostering talent pools and innovation ecosystems in the region.
