BlockchainWork x Dai Nam University: Strategic partnership to bridge education and the blockchain – web 3.0 job market

July 2025 – BlockchainWork and Dai Nam University have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), establishing a strategic partnership to strengthen the connection between education and real-world application. This collaboration aims to create meaningful internship and career opportunities for students, as blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies continue to grow rapidly in Vietnam.

Through this MoU, both parties have committed to close cooperation in the following key areas:

• Implementing internship and recruitment programs for students in related disciplines;

• Co-organizing academic activities, expert talks, and industry-focused seminars and workshops;

• Collaborating to develop training programs aligned with current labor market demands;

• Sharing market insights, essential skills, and job trends through BlockchainWork’s platform and research reports.

According to the Vietnam Blockchain Talent Market Report – June 2025 by BlockchainWork, demand for technical roles (e.g., front-end, back-end, and blockchain developers) is on the rise, accounting for 41% of total job postings, while non-technical roles (e.g., marketing, sales, researchers) still represent the majority at 59%.
