The inaugural GITEX Asia x Ai Everything Singapore 2025, held from April 23 to 25 at Marina Bay Sands, marked a historic milestone as the world’s largest tech and startup event made its Asian debut. Vietnam’s presence at GITEX Asia 2025 was marked by its first official national pavilion, organized by the Vietnam National Innovation Centre (NIC). NIC showcased Vietnam’s ambitions to become a major semiconductor hub and grow its digital economy substantially by 2025 and beyond. At GITEX Asia 2025, Vietnamese startup ADT Global made headlines when its AI-powered personal finance assistant, Nomi, won First Prize in the “GITEX Europe Award” category at the prestigious Supernova Pitch Competition. Nomi stood out among more than 350 startups from 60 countries, impressing judges with its innovative use of large language models to help users manage their finances smartly and efficiently.
